The Student Fair is the main event for future students this autumn. Over the course of two days you’ll get the chance to find out more from over 150 exhibitors from all over the world. You’ll meet representatives of higher education institutions, associations, student societies and public services.

All of these representatives can advise you in your choice of studies and provide you with information on all aspects of student life, both in Luxembourg and abroad.

How can I get to the Student Fair?

It’s best to take the train (Belval-Université station) or the bus (check your route on mobiliteit.lu). It’s possible to come by car, but bear in mind that there is often heavy traffic and parking spaces are limited.

Do I need to pay to get in?

No, the Student Fair is entirely free of charge.

Can my parents come along?

Of course! The Student Fair is open to the general public. It takes place on:
Thursday, 30 October 2025, from 09:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday, 31 October 2025, from 09:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Are the exhibitors all recognised by the State?

Yes. All participating universities and higher education colleges are officially recognised by the State and they offer accredited courses. This guarantees a certain level of quality and allows you to receive financial support for your studies!

Which countries are represented?

No less than 17 countries will be present: Luxembourg, Australia/New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Latvia, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Who should I speak to if I’m lost?

Look for the information points located around the site, or speak to the guides in white vests. They will help you and show you the way.

Will there be food available on site?

Yes! You can get a delicious meal from the university canteens or food trucks. You’ll find their locations on the Fair map. Don’t hesitate to ask for help from the guides in white vests.
